The UDI5000-MTRX supports two operating modes: ASCII and Matrix Digital Decoder (MDD). The ASCII mode allows third-party systems to interface with Endura utilizing the Pelco ASCII protocol. The MDD processes commands from the CM9760 keyboards to drive Endura components. This was sent out to thousands of customers around the world, inviting them to personally contact the Pelco President and CEO regarding any problems or complaints.
