This industrial weatherproof surveillance camera is ideal for outdoor use. It adheres to IP66 standards, which means it is dust tight and water-resistant. In addition to being able to withstand the elements, this security camera also records high quality video at 30 fps with a 1080p resolution. There are two varifocal lens options, either 7-22mm or 3.3-12mm. The infrared LED lights allow for viewing either at 160 (3.3-12mm) or 328 feet (7-22mm) in darkness. The surveillance camera has a SD card with 64GB of storage. Footage can be monitored remotely via web browser or smart phone with the iMaxCamPro mobile app.

I've had this camera for about a week now and I'm happy with it. I've been trying to capture some wild animals on my deck, but finally been successful. I've tried the Dlink 2332L and the HikVision 2CD2032 with no success to capture the animals. This IMaxCamPro has much better nightvision than the other cameras.

We recently moved to an area in my country where security is not the first thing on the minds of those who roam in it. Since we could not do a thing about moving elsewhere I started searching for security cameras to protect my family. This camera turned out to be the best one (referring to my budget) and because it is weather proof. It gets really dust windy and rainy in this area. I have had this camera for a while now and it has proved to be really loyal throughout the rain and pitch dark nights. I bought it with the 7-22 mm choice and it shoots the clearest footage at night. I currently have the iMaxCamPro app and am accessing my footage through that; still have not gotten the hang of remote smartphone viewing without the installation of any app.

I have fixed in my 32 GB micro SD card and I love all the more space. You all should make good use of this feature, not many security cameras have it.

HOW TO ACCESS SYSTEM USING P2P VIA MOBILE APPLICATION

View your recorder and cameras on the go. The Mobile Application IDMSS (IOS) / GDMSS (Android) allows you to add IMAXPRO recorders and cameras to the mobile app using P2P.

PREREQUISITES

- Smartphone (IOS device or Android)

- IDMSS/GDMSS already downloadedin your mobile device.

- P2P must be turned on from the recorder and connected to a network with internet access.

 

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION

(VERSION 4.50.000)

 

1. Open iDMSS/gDMSS on the phone, and select the home icon located on the top left corner.

 

2. Select the "Device" button/icon on the bottom to add the recorder/camera.

3. Select the "+" sign then select "Scan" to add the device.

4. Select the Device you want to Connect (If you have a wired Camera, Please choose Wired Camera).

 

 

5. Input the device for easy identification. It's required to input the password for the added device then select the save icon located on the top right corner.
