Sensirion’s STSC1 is a high accuracy digital temperature sensor with the typical accuracy of the temperature sensor being ±0.3°C. The sensor operates at 1.8V with an average power consumption below 8.6μW, makes the STSC1 suitable for mobile or wireless applications running on the tightest power budgets. The temperature senor measures within the -40 to 125ºC.
Sensirion’s CMOSens® technology within the STSC1, offers a complete sensor system on a 2 ´ 2 ´ 0.7 mm3 DFN package. It contains a bandgap temperature sensor, analogue and digital signal processing, A/D converter, calibration data memory, and a digital communication interface supporting I2C fast mode.
