The Pentax C61248VP 1/2" C Mount 12-1680mm f/4.0 Motorized Zoom Lens with Preset, designed for CCTV applications, is for use with 1/2" format sensors. It is a 55x zoom lens with an internal 2.5x extender. With help of an extender, the 12-660mm, f/4 lens can offer a maximum telephoto focal length of 1680mm.
Equipped with PAIR (Pentax Atmospheric Interference Reduction) technology, the lens helps looking through hazy atmosphere that could be caused by fog, rain, snow, smoke and airborne particles. The long zoom lens has a push-button autofocus feature, compatibility with serial control, and offers manual override.
