In addition, it also offers up to 18x optical zoom and up to 12x digital zoom with autofocus, making it ideal for indoor surveillance applications. The Axis P5534 (0314-004) PTZ dome network camera from Axis Communications features HDTV quality video and 18x optical zoom capabilities. The Axis P5534 (0314004) comes protected within an IP51 rated enclosure for protection against dust or dripping water and is designed for indoor applications including airports, train stations, warehouses, shops or schools. With the inclusion of Day and Night functionality, the Axis P5534 is capable of producing high quality video images even in low light conditions. The Axis P5534 offers HDTV 720p video resolution in compliance with the SMPTE 296M standard of 1280x720 pixel resolution, full frame rate, high color fidelity and a 16:9 aspect ratio format. The Axis P5534 is capable of producing multiple video streams with support for H.264 and MJPEG video compression formats. The inclusion of H.264 will allow for greater bandwidth optimization without sacrificing video image quality.The camera supports various PTZ capabilities such as E-flip and Auto-flip that allows the camera to pan 360°, and comes with 100 preset positions.
