No Video on Some Channels with Geovision Logo

If your system was configured initially with less cameras connected than your card can handle, sometimes installers or technicians will disable the unused channels. Instead of the Video Loss message in the windows, you will instead see a GeoVision logo. The following steps will help you enable channels that might have been disabled previously.

1. While MultiCam is running and monitoring is disabled, click on Configure->System Configure->Camera Install->Camera Install

2. For each channel that you want enabled, make sure the box next to it has been checked. When you are finished, click on OK to save your changes.
