what is DIP Function?

The first dial-up wireless AP in China. There is no requirement for a computer to operate, no technical settings, and no professional assistance. Wireless communication is as simple as dialing a number.

In comparison to other AP brands that are primarily designed for NETWORK transmission, DIPs specializes in CCTV Video Transmission. DIPs have a transmission range of 1 to 6 kilometers, which covers the majority of the CCTV transmission range.

How the DIP Switch Works?

Button 1 toggles the device’s mode.
UP is the access point (AP) mode, which you can utilize with your recorder, PC, and other devices.
DOWN is designed to be used with security cameras.

Button 2 to 8 are for matching AP and CPE together.
Different combinations correspond to different SSIDs and different segments.

Point-to-multi-point functionality is provided via buttons 9&10.
Different orders of buttons 9&10 stand for different CPE when using one AP match with a maximum of four CPE.

Each DIP AP(master) can be connected up to 4 DIP CPE(slave)
