GeoVision "Can't load database" show in Viewlog on Matrix view on CC

"Unable to Load Database" shows in Control Center when the User is clicking on the Viewlog Button in the Matrix View on Control Center.
Occurs when user puts multiple cameras from different locations in that particular matrix view.

As this issue has to do with different systems having different credentials ( Username / Passwords ), In order to fix this problem, make sure the systems all have the same credentials in order to make sure the user can access Viewlog consistantly
