Webcam -JPEG Doesn't Refresh

Problem: If you use Sun Java (Java Runtime Environment Version 5 or later versions), the webcam JPEG image may not refresh properly.

Solution: We suggest to remove Java Runtime Environment on the remote client system and install Microsoft Java Virtual Machine to fix this problem, please refer to the link below
