Issue:
The I/O Box connected to VMS V17.4.4 shows a prohibition sign (disconnected) on Control Center V3.8 I/O Central Panel. However, the I/O box is not disconnected and everything works fine.

Solution:
Download and apply the patch (VMS 17.4.4.3).

Patch Apply Procedures:
1. Make sure all the GV-related programs running in the background are completely closed.
2. Download and unzip the patch file
3. Run the unzipped file.

Note: The patch can ONLY be applied to v17.4.4.
