Issue:
The audio and video are pretty well synced in the VMS v17.4.3's playback. However, when we export this video as AVI, the audio and video are quite off ( the audio and video can be 10-15 seconds off ).
Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_V17.4.3.16 ):
1. Closed VMS v17.4.3 completely
2. Download the link below
GV-VMS V17.4.3.16 patch download link:

3. Unzip the file and double click GV-VMS_V17.4.3.16.exe
4. Now open up VMS to see how everything goes on SAVE as AVI's audio
* Note that this patch is strictly for VMS v17.4.3
