Issue:
1. After camera disconnection and reconnection, there are chances that the live views on VMS-WebCam and on Control Center v3.6-Matrix from VMS v17.3 don't switch to Stream 1, there are chances that their don't switch to Stream 1 when clicking to get full screen on multiple monitors.
2. VMS v17.3 can't recycle any footage with Threshold at 32GB but only Recycle Start/Stop logs without any file deleted are found in Monitor Table.
3. The audio stream in .avi files exported from VMS v17.3 with WMV9 codec is NOT hearable in Windows Media Player of Windows 10 Version 1803 or later.
4. There is no Audio Setting page for ISIS-MFD2100-3.2, which is with built-in microphone, when connected to VMS17.3 via ONVIF.
5. There is rainbow-like color around the live view of FER12203 v1.05 as the pic below in GV-Eye for iOS and Android, when the camera is set to Single Stream: 2896x2768 Resolution in VMS v17.3.

Patch / Procedure (GV-VMS_V17.3.0.9):

1. Turn off VMS and make sure all GV-related programs running in the background are closed as well.
2. Download and unzip the patch file.
3. Execute the unzipped file named GV-VMS_V17.3.0.9.exe (Double click).

*Please note that the patch GV-VMS_V17.3.0.9 is strictly compatible for VMS v17.3 only.
