Issue:
With VMS v17.3 connected, the ERM v1.4 shows Timeout on all the channels of live views with black image every few hours as the screenshot below and Control Center Service can’t be tuned off.

Root cause:
DMIPCServerService.exe is defective.

Patch / Procedure (GV-VMS_V17.3.0.12):

1. Turn off VMS v17.3 and make sure all GV-related programs running in the background are closed as well.
2. Download and unzip the patch file.
3. Execute the unzipped file named GV-VMS_V17.3.0.12 exe (Double click).

*Please note that the patch GV-VMS_V17.3.0.12 is strictly compatible for VMS v17.3 only.
