Issue:

ASManager is unable to connect to PC LPR on VMS, even when LPR service is enabled.

Solution:

1. Go to C:\Access Control\ASManager and C:\GV-VMS and check the dates for files GvServer.OCX and GvServerDll.dll

2. If the VMS versions of the files are newer, copy and paste the newer version of GvServer.OCX and GvServerDll.dll from the VMS installation folder to the ASManager installation folder to replace the older file versions.
3. Relaunch VMS, ASManager and enable PC LPR service and try the PC LPR connection again.
