Unable to connect to CenterV2

Issue:
Dispatch Server is not connected to Center V2
Patch / Procedure:
1. In Dispatch, type in correct port number and identification code on the left hand side.
Match dispatch's Identification code and port with CenterV2's preference window on the right hand side.
2. In CenterV2, Go to Dispatch Server tag >> Type in dispatch's identification, IP address and port.
Then Go to Network tag >> Define your CenterV2's location name and its IP address
3. Lastly, in VMS or NVR/DVR, go to Network tag >> Enable CenterV2 information and type-in Dispatch IP address, dispatch ID/PASSWORD and port.
