Issue:

Unable to access Live View on web Interface using non-IE browsers.

The live view window shows the message "This plug-in isn't supported".

Solution:

It is a known issue that A/T/EBD series cameras are not compatible with the recently updated non-IE browsers. (e.g., Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, etc.)

The issue will be fixed on the upcoming firmware update which is scheduled to be released by the end of June.

Meanwhile, users can use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge with Internet Explorer mode to access the live view from the web interface.

Instructions for enabling Internet Explorer mode on Microsoft Edge

1. Open Edge, enter edge://settings/defaultBrowse in the address bar.

2. Set Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode to allow from the drop-down list.

3. Click Add and enter the URL of the camera, then click Add.

4. When the Edge is running in Internet Explorer mode, you will see a small icon in the address bar.
