Issue:

GV-TMEB5800, GV-BX2802, and GV-BX4802 is not able to download live view Plug-in component in IE or Edge with IE mode enabled causing user not able to see live view of the camera.

Solution

1. Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable:

Note*. Regardless x86/x64 OS, user must download x86 version

2. Delete installed Plug-in:

Go to Control Panel -> Uninstall a program -> Locate NetAIIPCamera 2.2.4.0 -> Right click to uninstall

3. Reconnect IP camera web interface to re-install Plug-in
