1. Please check if the live view is fluent in camera’s web interface.
2. Ping the IP Camera.
3. Please check if the live view is fluent in VLC or ONVIF Device Manager.
4. If camera’s live view is also not fluent in VLC or ONVIF Device Manager, and you need us to make it work with VMS, then related service fee may be charged.
