The System Sensor D4120 is a 4-wire photoelectric duct smoke detector designed to monitor air ducts for the presence of smoke, thereby preventing the spread of smoke and fire through a building's HVAC system.

Versatile Mounting: The pivoting housing accommodates both square and rectangular footprints and can be mounted on round or rectangular ductwork.
Wide Operating Range: It operates effectively in airflow speeds from 100 to 4,000 feet per minute, temperatures ranging from –4°F to 158°F, and humidity levels between 0% and 95% (non-condensing).- Plug-In Sensor Head: The plug-in sensor head enhances false alarm immunity and simplifies installation, testing, and maintenance.
- Improved Cover Design: The cover design isolates the sensor head from the low-flow feature, facilitating straightforward maintenance.
- Ample Wiring Space: The housing provides sufficient wiring space, includes a ¾-inch conduit knockout, and features built-in short circuit protection to safeguard sensitive components during installation.
- Interconnection Capability: Up to 50 InnovairFlex detectors can be interconnected. When one unit detects smoke, all interconnected detectors will activate their relays; only the detector sensing smoke will go into alarm, effectively pinpointing the fire source.
Field-Selectable Settings: Three DIP switches allow configuration of settings such as cover tamper delay, the number of sensors to be controlled, and shutdown on trouble options.
LED Indicators: Each power board is equipped with two LEDs to indicate the status of connected sensors, with a quick reference label on the cover explaining the LED status indications (Standby, Maintenance, Trouble, and Alarm).
