Pelco DX8108-500A 8 Channel DVR with 500GB Storage and Audio
As networks and security requirements continue to expand, the DX8108-500A Hybrid Digital Video Recorder from Pelco has the ability to view up to 72 cameras at the server, offers ATM/POS recording, and can simultaneously control and operate up to 32 cameras connected. The 8-channel device offers recording capability for a more flexible and robust security recording platform than before.
The DX8108-500A offers full remote control through TCP/IP network for client connection up to 200 servers. It also offers five simultaneous connections per server for complete surveillance viewing.
The DX8108-500A version 2.0 interface is designed to work with AXIS and Pelco standard definition cameras. With no licensing fees for Pelco and AXIS standard definition network cameras, the shift to IP recording is an affordable transition.
With its USB 2.0 JBOD external storage of up to 500GB, the DX8108-500A meets cost-sensitive demands. That combined with the new storage options increases the HVR's recording capacity to 16TB.
The DX8108-500A offers a recording rate up to CIF/480 Images per Second (ips) and provides 8, 16, 24, or 32 looping analog video channels with automatic termination for a plethora of options.
