Recognize the signet on the license plate as "-". In order to separate the characters on license plate

Solution (GV-LPR_Plugin_V5.0.3.0.zip):
1. Disable remote service on GV-DVR / NVR / VMS.
2. Close GV-DVR / NVR / VMS.
3. Download the file from the attachment.
4. Unzip the downloaded file.
5. Double-click the setup.exe.
6. Restart GV-DVR / NVR / VMS.
