Symptom:

The barrier is not opening up when the plate number is recognized as registered while the LPR camera is connected to ASMAnager?


Cause:

It is confirmed an issue will occur if the camera time is not synchronized with the ASManager PC.


Solution:

1. It is recommended to update LPR firmware version to the following versions where LPR camera will perform time sync every 30 minutes.

LPR2811 V1.04 or later

LPR2800 V1.05 or later


2. Without updating the firmware, users can still manually perform Time sync.

a. From GV-LPR2800/2811-DL Web UI, select System -> General Setting -> Date and Time -> Time Synchronization by & Synchronize with the local PC or modify manually

b. Select Synchronized with your pc -> Enable to complete the Time Sync between LPR2800/2811-DL and ASManager PC.
