Dispatch Center V2 VSM- Server Service failed to start up due to port conflict


Issue:
Dispatch/ Center V2/ VSM shows pop up message "failed to start up server"

Solution:
It is common to run into this message when network ports configured are already being used and hence network port conflict.
User is recommended to check network ports (TCP/UDP) available and manually configure software's port setting as shown located below to avoid network port conflict.
