Issue:
Control Center v3.4 with GV-FER5700 v1.06 2016-12-28 connected, live view freezes when make it full screen on Matrix window

Root Cause:
CC v3.4 with Camera Upside down patch applied

Solution:
Either reinstall v3.4 or follow the procedure below to apply the complete patch.

Patch / Procedure (GV-ControlCenter_V3.4.0.100):
1. Stop Control Center and make sure other GV-related programs are completely close
2. Unzip the patch file
3. Execute the following files:

- GV-Control Center V3.4.0.100.exe
- VideoWallServer.exe

4. Start Control Center
