Techical Support Sales Agent

Job Description

Salary: $16.00 - to $19.00 /hour + OT + Bonus

THE JOB:


Tech Support and Sales Agent in Lake Forest , CA. This office supports staff, managers, and customers. This position is available immediately. The ideal candidate must work well in a team environment, as well as individually and will work directly with the Company CEO. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Learn and gain a strong understanding of company products
  • Responsible for receiving any returns delivered to the warehouse
  • Unpack and troubleshoot returned products
  • Process returns, exchanges, repairs in a timely manner
  • Follow procedures to troubleshoot returned products and document all details found
  • Transferring knowledge to both clients and team members
  • Provide technical assistance via phone or email
  • Use computer software to provide remote assistance (AnyDesk)
  • Document and research all inquires or problems
  • Test equipment and software
  • Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan and meet or exceed monthly/annual targets
  • Identify decision makers among the targeted leads in order to start the sales process
  • Analyze, maintain, and expand the database of prospects
  • Outbound and inbound account management
  • Coordinate with internal resources to ensure that customer commitments are met
  • Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
  • Enter quotes into company’s internal system
  • Review orders for errors and provide corrections
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with issues in their orders
  • Review inventory numbers daily and provide input on moving older inventory
  • Other projects as assigned


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Background OR some experience with video surveillance / CCTV cameras
  • Knowledge of IT Networking a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with computers
  • Able to multitask in a fast pace environment
  • Strong organizational and followup skills

• Take initiative and work proficiently to meet deadlines with little or no supervision
