Issue:
Customer uses NC electric lock and needs the door to be unlocked when Controller's power is down. No matter the power source of electric lock is working or not.

Solution:
In general situation, if the power source of NC electric lock is working normally, the door will not be unlocked even if the Controller's power is down. And user has to install a third switch to force unlock the door as we mentioned in the manual.

However, we do provide a special version firmware, which allows NC electric lock to be unlocked immediately when the Controller's power is down. Because this special firmware force the relay to act in an opposite way as it should, user has to connect the NC electric lock to the NO slot to make it work properly. And when the power of Controller is down, it will unlock the door due to NO's hardware characteristic.
