Issue:

AS1010 is unable to send logs to ASManager, however, other features still work and the door can still be opened.


Solution:

Please follow the instructions below.


1. Press *34700# to check the memory status on AS1010.

2. If it shows 65536 for the stored logs, please proceed to the next step.

If it shows any other numbers, please contact GeoVision Tecnical Support (support@geovision.com.tw) via email for further assistance.

3. Restore the AS1010 to factory default.
