1. Open file explorer and type or copy-paste the following in the address bar.
2. Make sure the file name, file extension, and dimension of the new logo/icon used are the same as the original one you want to replace with.

Original: gv_login_logo.png (360 x 54)
New: gv_login_logo.png (360 x 54)
[Incorrect]:
Original: gv_login_logo.png (360 x 54)
New: xyz_logo.jpg (320 x 27)
3. Click on "F5" (=refresh button) to see if the UI is successfully updated.
4. If the UI is not updated after clicking on F5, go clear Cache, Cookies, and History in Internet Explorer.
