Issue:

Moisture trapped inside the lens cover.

Solution:

The moisture can be removed by keeping the camera running for a period of time. (Usually within 5 hours)

You can manually turn on the IR LED (night mode) to speed up the process.


NOTE: If the ambient temperature is lower than normal temperature, it might take longer to remove the moisture.


Instructions for turning on the IR LED:

A/T/EBD Series and FER5702:

1. Access the camera's web interface and navigate to Image settings, then expand the Smart Illumination section.

2. Select Custom Level for Control Mode, then enter 1000 for Illumination Level.

QFER12700:

1. Access the camera’s web interface, navigate to the Image section, then expand IR Function.

2. Choose Light On for Day/Night Function, then choose On for IR light Compensation.
