[ AI Guard ] Camera stop recognition while monitoring after turning on PVD motion?

Issue:
Why does my camera stop detecting motion after I have turned on PVD motion function?

Solution:
a. AI Guard by default uses H/W motion trigger from IP camera. Therefore, the user needs to check the IP camera's motion detection setting.

b. If a user would like to use software motion, please untick the option "Enable Camera's built-in motion detection in System Configure -> Record Setting as shown located below.
