How to back up DVR standalone?

	1) Press Menu, then select Advance.
	2) Then, select Backup.
	3) You can select either USB or DISK BACKUP.
	4) After you select the backup media, you have to setup the time when it starts and ends. Also, you need to select which channels it's going to back up from. Then, scroll down to Backup to Disk Start to start backup.
