The camera’s high resolution technology is based on Dedicated Micros award winning Net Vu Connected architecture, allowing seamless operation with a wide range of video servers and other devices as well as simplified integration. The unique Dedicated Micros software codec technology allows the Cam Vu 2000 to transmit simultaneous MPEG-4 and JPEG images to the associated video server for image capture. Features Maximum resolution of 1600x1200 – over 6 times the resolution of analog cameras. Reduced bandwidth and storage cost with MPEG-4 encoding. High resolution images can be recorded by Net Vu Connected DV-IP Server, DV-IP HD, DV-IP RT and High Vu Excel products. C/CS Mount for high resolution/megapixel lens, Minimum illumination of 1 lux. MultiMode recording configured by NetVu Connected DVRs and servers. Non-alarm, alarm and static profiles supported in JPEG and MPEG-4. Support via NetVu ObserVer viewer software allows up to 800% zoom. Pre-Alarm recording via internal memory or expandable via SD Card slot, Power over Ethernet option. Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) support allows the CamVu 2000 to be paired with a Pan/Tilt housing. Trans Coding - maximizes data transmission over available bandwidth for efficient remote viewing.
