Orders placed before 3 pm PST, or 2 pm for Expedited orders (Next Business Day Air or 2nd Business Day Air) can usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed by internet or by phone receive the same priority handling.

  • Custom built systems may not be returned or cancelled once built, items within the malfunctioning unit will be replaced or repaired.

  • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.

  • The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Cameras that have been mounted are not considered in new, resalable condition.
  • Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on the outside package
  • You must include all packaging materials.
  • Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
  • All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
  • We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number
  • Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
  • You must pay any return shipping expense.
  • Free shipping offer not available for order changes and/or modifications after shipment.
  • Free shipping offer not available for returns or exchanges of equipment.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.


Warranty
For 12 months after merchandise is received, all products will be repaired free of charge. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, Worldeyecam, Inc. may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund. Batteries and Transformers are not warranted. To obtain warranty service. There are no deductibles or hidden fees, just send us your RMA : Submit RMA Form *Click Here* for return authorization number (RMA), then return product, shipping cost prepaid, to RMA Department. Worldeyecam, Inc.

Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your repair.


Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration, painting or lightning strikes may not be repaired or replaced under warranty. Opening a PC-based DVR/NVR system for any reason will void its warranty.

 

Purchaser acknowledges that signals transmitted over telephone lines, wire, airwaves, Internet, VoIP, or other modes of communication pass through communication networks wholly beyond the control of Worldeyecam and are not maintained by Worldeyecam. Worldeyecam shall not be liable for any damage or loss sustained by purchaser/consumer as a result of … equipment failure, or for interruption of service due to electric failure, strikes, walk-outs, war, acts of God, or other causes.


In the event that a product requires repair after one year from receipt of order, Worldeyecam, Inc. will assist in having items repaired by manufacturer or suitable repair facility if possible. Customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling.
