He was really was tremendously knowledgeable what their product and how it ALL works. After receiving our system via UPS ( about 3 days from the day of the order) I called in to speak with a technician to help get our system online so that I could view our cameras on my Apple I-PHONE when I'm at work or out of town...spoke to a tech named: "Jeff" he was really helpful and gave me step by step instructions on how to set it up. He even logged in to my system and showed me how to set this all up myself. ALL IN ALL - I was a happy customer and NEVER NEVER usually write reviews...but this was something that was on my mind for a long time....Great Customer Satisfaction is hard to come by and Worldeyecam definitely made me feel like I need to spread the word."
