How To Repair a Database
Repair Database Question mark(?) on ViewLog

A question mark (?) next to an entry in ViewLog means that the footage that was indexed is somehow no longer seen. A repair of the database usually will fix this.

Solution: Close all the Multicam main software including view log and Control Conter Server, and run Repair Database Utility. (For more detail, please refer the knowledgebase for how to run Repair Database Utility)
1) Exit the Mutlicam Survilliance System. If you see the icon of Control Center Server still running on the task bar on the lower right corner. You have to double click that icon.
2) Exit the Control Center Server.
3) It requires you to login with a supervisor ID & password.
4) Then, run GeoVision Repair Database Ultility on the program list.
5) It requires you to login with a supervisor ID & password again.
6) Select cameras for repair database.
7) Click "Use Default Path" button or "Search Harddisk" button to start repairing database.
