D4S Indoor Surface Mount Dome Accessory for Compact Cameras (Camera & Lens not included) features the MPL33-12 3.3 to 12mm Varifocal Lens and the D4F Indoor 4" In-Ceiling Flush Mount Dome. The MegaVideo Compact series camera features a 5 Mp CMOS image sensor and records videos at a resolution of up to 2592 x 1944 at 14 fps. It is a true day and night camera that captures crisp and clear images in a minimum illumination of up to 0 lux thanks to the removable ICR (IR Cut Filter). It is capable of capturing images with resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 at full video frame rates of 31 fps. It offers H.264 and MJPEG dual compression support with simultaneous streaming for reduced bandwidth and storage requirements, while delivering full frame rates and resolution without sacrificing image quality. With bit rate control, the CPU load is decreased at both the client (decompression) side and the server/storage side, allowing relatively lower bandwidth utilization and storage requirements as compared to MJPEG. Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) allows for compatibility with media players such as Apple QuickTime, VLC, and others.
