Remote Playback is Too Fast


Problem:
When you view on the DVR system with Video/ Audio Log; video archive also is problem at all. Also, when you try to view remote playback through LAN or internet, and video shows still normally viewable. However, when you download video playback from remote playback on IE and play it with Windows Media Player then the video shows very fast.

Solution:
Install Remote Playback Server, and use that program to download video remotely. It solves the fast playback problem. The program is available on your installation CD.



 1) Install the Multicam Remote Playback Client Site from the Setup CD.
2) Run Remote Playback Client from desktop.
3) Click the Connection icon to connect the GV server. Input IP, ID, password, and port.
4) Select the video from the list and click Save As AVI.
