GeoVision IP Device Utility does not pickup any IP camera during scan

When IP Device Utility does not pick up any device after search, check the following:
  1. Check the physical connection for all IP cameras and DVR/NVR and make sure they are all connected within the same LAN (via the same switch or multiple inter-connected switches).
  2. If DVR/NVR has multiple Network Interface Cards (NIC), click Configure to switch to a different NIC card and scan again.
  3. If anti-virus or firewall programs are installed, temporarily disable them or follow the instruction as attached below:
