GeoVison MultiView Hardware compression is not working.

Issue:
On Multicam 8.5.9 webcam server, when the video setting is set to Actual Size,
MultiView sometimes drops the hardware compression resolution from the connection.
Solution:
1. Close Webcam Server
2. Unzip the attached zip file
3. Copy and overwrite the unzipped files to NVR directory (C:\NVR)
4. Restart Multicam
