The Bosch DSA-N2B20-12AT iSCSI Disk Array is a scale-out network storage solution that supports a maximum of 12 x 750 GB SATA-II hard disk drives. Being a fully featured RAID-protected disk array, the DSA-N2B20-12AT provides RAID-DP protection for availability oriented environments. For scaling out, the DSA-N2B20-12AT Disk Array allows you to connect up to 4 disk shelf expansion units. Features like battery backed-up non-volatile RAM (NVRAM), and the NetApp’s RAID-DP technology integrated with the Write Anywhere File Layout (WAFL) prevent data loss even when two drives fail. Equipped with redundant hot-swappable power supplies and cooling fans, 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and protection from double-disk failure and single bit errors during RAID rebuilds with RAID-DP, the disk array offers complete data protection. It offers a maximum bandwidth up to 250 Mbps with a maximum of 64 simultaneous iSCSI connections. The DSA-N2B20-12AT iSCSI Disk Array offers full compatibility for SNMP version 1 agents as well as with MIB-II (Management Information Base) and NetApp custom MIBs. The SNMP, e-mails (Autosupport Mails) or HTTP (HTTPS) messages are generated in the event of component failures. With the help of Web GUI administration tool, the DSA-N2B20-12AT iSCSI Disk Array offers central management.
